Stephanie has been in St. Louis for more than 30 years.  Those years have provided her with deep relationships and a track record of contacts and past clients who call her for all of their real estate needs.  Prior to forming the Cottrell Realty Group with Kevin, Stephanie was the CEO/Team Leader for Keller Williams in St. Louis.  Kevin has been licensed since 1986 and was previously associated with a highly successful real estate team with Keller Williams in Austin, TX which closed in excess of 500 transactions last year and more than $100 Million in Sales volume in 2005.  Kevin was also a highly successful team leader prior to joining Stephanie in St. Louis.
